Reverse rotation will typically pulverize your soil in fewer passes than the forward rotation. Reverse rotation will tackle hard ground by being 'sucked' into the ground and staying there!

The RTR15 Reverse-Till Rotary Tillers tills soil for seedbed and planting preparation. The RTR15 is adapted for 540rpm PTO, three-point hitch Category 1 mounting and are Quick-Hitch adaptable with a 17-35 horsepower requirement. Reverse rotation tillers tend to achieve greater depth penetration resulting in moving and pulverizing more soil. Also, they bury more of the residue in the soil.

These Land Pride Tillers have uses and applications in landscaping, nurseries, gardens and light commercial use and offer sideshift capabilities and formed and a reinforced rear deflector to leave a nice smooth finish.
